In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, residents came together to prepare backpacks for children in foster care, each filled with essentials and a note of encouragement.
In February, The Village at Rockville hosted nearly 80 health care professionals at its Fourth Annual Health Symposium.
In March, we celebrated Women’s History Month with the theme of “Women who advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion.”
In April, we hosted our annual Easter Egg Hunt and Roll with many residents, team members and families from the greater community in attendance.
In June, we welcomed the residents of The Villas at The Village at Rockville with a ribbon cutting and luncheon, celebrating their new elegant single-story homes with luxurious finishes and private patios.
In August, we celebrated the remarkable contributions of older adults in our communities, recognizing their resilience, wisdom and the lasting impact they’ve made.
In September, over 80 participants joined our Walk to End Alzheimer’s, raising an impressive $9,833 to support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
In October, we celebrated our “COSTARS” – dedicated team members who create lasting first impressions and lifelong connections at The Village at Rockville.
In November, Assisted Living residents enjoyed a heartwarming pet therapy visit from Squeals on Wheels, filled with cuddly, furry friends and unforgettable moments.
In December, our holiday sweater party at Glenmere was a festive evening filled with live music, delicious food, and joyful connections across every corner of our community!
Pickleball, anyone? The Village at Rockville sales team enjoyed some team-building fun on the court!
Independent Living residents Joe and Bernie have welcomed a new family member, “Moe” – a quiet companion for Joe’s volunteer visits to the Health Center.
