175 Annapolis-Area Residents Sign Up for Crystal Spring Informational Meetings

More Than 175 Area Residents Sign Up for June Crystal Spring Informational Meetings

The Village at Crystal Spring has officially launched the “Expression of Interest” phase of the project to share information about this exciting new “community integrated” retirement community, which will be owned and operated by National Lutheran Communities & Services and part of the Crystal Spring Annapolis mixed-use project. The immediate response to the marketing efforts has been overwhelming with all three of the initially offered dates (June 15, 21, 22) already booked to capacity of 60 people per session. A fourth date has been added for the final week in June and is filling up quickly.

Almost 60 percent of those who signed up for the informational meetings are residents of the City of Annapolis or the immediate area.

While the continuing care retirement community licensure process is underway with the Maryland Department of Aging, The Village at Crystal Spring will be conducting these informational meetings to inform the area’s residents about the exciting features being planned for this community as well as gaining feedback and input from the attendees. Once approval is received from the Department of Aging, The Village at Crystal Spring will be constructing a sales center that will include a model apartment home near the project site and begin accepting reservations for this wonderful community.

“We are thrilled with the initial response to The Village at Crystal Spring and look forward to bringing a world-class retirement community to the Annapolis area,” said Melody Schneider, Chief Marketing Officer, National Lutheran Communities & Services.
