Local Senior Urges Officials to Approve Crystal Spring Annapolis

Patricia Prescott of Arnold, Md., urges city officials and planners to approve the Crystal Spring Annapolis project in a Letter to the Editor published in the Capital Gazette on Saturday, Feb. 2. The project will be anchored by the proposed reitrement community, The Village at Crystal Spring—A National Lutheran Community.

The 70-year-old has lived in the Annapolis-area for 35 years and recognizes the urgency of getting a retirement community option like this in place.

“Failing this, people, like myself, will be forced to find alternative arrangements outside of the Annapolis area. Annapolis has been my home for many years, and I wish to remain here. However, there are no options comparable to Crystal Spring in this area.”
