William Hotchkiss Brings Experience to The Village at Crystal Spring

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Village at Crystal Spring—A National Lutheran Community (TVCS) in Annapolis, Md., announced William Hotchkiss as its first Sales Counselor. Hotchkiss has more than 20 years of sales experience in senior housing, real estate development, recruiting and insurance.

Prior to joining TVCS, Hotchkiss was most recently a Sales Counselor at Glenmoor, a senior living community in St. Augustine, Fl. He was also a Senior Lifestyle Counselor at Ingleside at Rock Creek in Washington, D.C. and spent 24 years in real estate and insurance sales. A native of Broadway, Va., Hotchkiss was formerly a faculty member and Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of Richmond.

Hotchkiss received his B.S. in Health Science and a M.Ed. from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Va. He currently resides in Annapolis, Md.

To date, The Village at Crystal Spring’s informational sessions have hosted more than 600 people, representing 436 households throughout the Annapolis-area.
