NLCS announced new plans to pursue the CCRC as a standalone concept, allowing NLCS to expedite services to seniors in the underserved market of Annapolis. Since the CCRC is no longer part of the previous mixed-use proposal, it was fitting to rebrand the CCRC with a new name: The Village at Providence Point.
